Christian brings more than three decades of automotive experience, from the showroom floor to dealership leadership and national training roles.

His background includes Mills Chevrolet, NADA Dealer Candidate Academy, Cars.com, GP Strategies, Smart Automotive, Kunes Auto Group, and the Cialdini Institute of Influence.

His training blends dealership experience, behavioral psychology, negotiation, and continuous improvement to help teams do what they know they should do — consistently.
