Sales Excellence
Improve communication, follow-up, objection handling, relationship-building, and closing skills.
They're built one improvement at a time.
Welcome to The Kaizen Way.
For more than 30 years, Christian Younggren has helped automotive professionals develop stronger teams, better leaders, and higher-performing dealerships through practical, results-driven training rooted in the philosophy of continuous improvement.
Because extraordinary success isn't achieved through one giant leap.
It's achieved through thousands of small improvements.
What Is Kaizen?
Kaizen is the philosophy of continuous improvement. At Kaizen Automotive Consulting, it is more than a name — it is the foundation behind every training experience.
Christian helps automotive teams improve the conversations, habits, leadership, and processes that create lasting dealership performance.

The Kaizen Journey
Understand goals, challenges, culture, and current process.
Shape training around the team’s real needs.
Teach practical skills that can be used immediately.
Turn training into daily behaviors on the showroom floor.
Measure, refine, and continue the cycle.
“We overestimate what we can achieve in a day and underestimate what we can accomplish in a year of continuous improvement.”— Christian Younggren
